Paris Show 07: 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250R official launch news and images

Kawasaki has unveiled an entirely new motorcycle model for 2008, in the shape of the new 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250R.

The Kawasaki Ninja 250R features a 249cc parallel twin engine; stopping is provided by the two-piston disc brakes. It also features 17-inch wheels for decent handling for a lightweight and friendly motorcycle which is capable of commuting whilst being hard to mark out from the larger 2008 Kawasaki ZX-6R and ZX-10R.

It even has a pillion seat, which can be hidden under an optional seat cowl, 37mm telescopic front forks, and uni-track rear suspension. It looks to be the perfect bridge to cross the gap between 125cc motorcycles and larger sports motorcycles.

The other new 2008 Kawasaki motorcycles launched at the event were the 2008 Kawasaki ZX-10R, the 2008 Kawasaki VN2000, and the 2008 Kawasaki ZZR1400.
