Dyno testing
Back after popular demand - get your bike tested for FREE at MCNLive!
Robbie Silvester an ex-Isle of Man TT racer and international race team mechanic, and his team, will be carrying out tests on all walks of everyday bikes that attend the Butlins weekend.
They offer a service that provides information and advice not only on the set up of the bikes but their tests show everything from a bad chain to a worn out shock, a duff plug to wrongly set cam timing etc. The tests will also show what power (BHP) your bike is producing and a graph will be provided showing exactly how your bike is fuelling.
The VRS dyno has been established for over 25 years in racing and has provided this service on an official capacity over the past 10 years for MCN as well as top TT riders at the Isle of Man, such as Joey Dunlop, Phill Mcallen, Ryan Farquhar, Richard Britian, Martin Finagen, and Ian Locker to name but a few!
Wheelie Simulator
New for 2009 at Skeg Vegas! Learn how to wheelie in a safe environment with one to one training with the Vertical Trix team. ONLY £10 a go!

The machines teach you how to wheelie correctly using the clutch and brake, and how to achieve the correct balance point .You can safely attempt other variations of the wheelie, such as the Spreader, Ralph Louis, and the seat stander.

The Extreme Globe Riders show is a spectacular and absolutely heart stopping performance where you will experience the thrill of danger, along with great effects and commentary. The riders reach over 5G and cross each other with speed over 70 km/h.
This three part show includes professional Mikko Leivo who will heat up the audience at the beginning of the show. He will ride completely upside down in a 6m diameter globe.
Later, the audience and Mikko himself will experience an amazing thrill when the beautiful Heidi joins him inside the Iron Cage. The danger of collision in the limited space is real and constant.

Mini Motos
Challenge your mates on our mini moto course - if you've always wanted to get your knee down, then here's your chance! Even though the size of the bikes are small, Mini Motos have high revving 2 stroke engines which give a potential top speed of 60 - 70mph!

All you have to do is bring a completed form plus your bike and register with the MCN staff Saturday afternoon from 4.00p.m situated within the outside activity zone near Steve Colley where MCN editor Marc Potter will commence the judging at 4.30 p.m. Good luck!
