Is it Miller time for MotoGP?

Imagine trading in your KTM 390 Duke for the most trick Honda CBR1000RR FireBlade money can buy. That%X92s about as close as you will get to a move that Jack Miller could make in 2015, with the Aussie looking certain to complete a dream switch from KTM in Moto3 to a fire-breathing 1000cc Honda MotoGP bike in 2015. Ever since Miller%X92s compatriot...

Golden oldie: Triumph T595 and 955i

Triumph needed to get it right first time with the T595 Daytona. Back in the sportsbike-crazy %X9290s, nothing less was going to cut it. With Honda%X92s FireBlade having set the standard, being good was never going to be good enough. Outstanding was the only way to be. Happily, the British bike-buying public was so sold on the idea of the...

With a little effort...

Even though it%X92s not especially heavy at 198kg, the softish suspension means the Ace can ground out, but at least it%X92s a stable and predictable handler. This fact wasn%X92t lost on several racers at the Isle of Man TT in the new-for- 1996 1000cc Production race. It was the second most popular bike in the race after the FireBlade (which won in the hands of Phillip McCallen), and although the Honda was a more nimble machine, the Thunderace was far more stable and, in the words of one racer: %X93A lot easier to get through the likes of Ballacrye flat ...

Return of the Urban Tiger Fireblade

Honda Racing rocked up to Snetterton at the weekend with Julien Da Costa riding an Urban Tiger liveried Fireblade, enough to get any red-blooded Fireblade fan reminiscing about the second-generation 'fox eye' Blade that surfaced in 1994. The resurrection of the 20 year-old paintjob isn't confined to the track, either. Honda UK has hastily confirmed that it will be offered as...

Honda return to BSB with wildcard Urban Tiger

Honda have unveiled the first of their special MCE BSB colour schemes, as they return to Snetterton for the first of their four wildcard appearances in the championship this year. The colour scheme, in recognition of the Fireblade%X92s successes, harks back to the legendary 1994 Urban Tiger production paint job. The scheme will be run just this weekend by World Endurance...
