driver caused me to fall off motorbike

I was riding my RF900 in the outside lane of the A6 in manchester in light rain, the inside lane was moving slowly & the outside lane was clear,the trafic then stopped on the inside lane as traffic had backed up due to the traffic lights changing.

My lane was clear for about another 100m so i continued at aproximatly 30mph, then a car pulled out from behind a car on the inside line to turn into traffic going the opposite direction to me. 

I had just enough time take avoiding action missing the nose of the car by the paintwork but skidded & fell off. My question is where do i stand regarding blame,im 3rd party & my bike is a write off.
