How accurate is the online parkers guide to valuing bikes? I am in the market for a second hand bike, and whenever I look up the guide the value is more often than not a lot less the the asking prices. Is this just ambitious sellers or am I missing something? Jambobairn.

Please can you make a get into biking guide, and put it in to MCN paper? I havnt ridden in 8 years. (thats what she said!) i have to get jawa back on road. seriously i think we should all do our bit for the children of the road. todays kids are tomorrows customers , (thats what Oily Bob said to me) etc etc. I have no idea how to get back into biking. last i was on the road i had no license or insurance. and i didnt even have a helmet! if MCN can answer all the questions ...

My beautiful suzuki gp 125 was stolen two weeks ago and as per usual the insurance company don't wanna pay the value of the bike. My gp was a complete rebuild from ground up and was the dogs danglies. 76mph on the straight (not bad eh?) Completely gutted it was stolen as this was my first bike. Reliably informed that a gp125 or 100 was advertised in Used Bike Guide 3 or 4 months ago. Can anyone help? Does anyone have the particular issue it was in and if so can they let me know the issue number so I ...

Anybody want this? Not sure how you can contact me. Does this thing do PMs? Anyway if someone wants it they can have it for the postage. I'd guess a couple of quid? It has publication date of 2001, I don't know if there is a reprint since then. I bought it when I was learning, it might help one of you newbies.

Does anyone have a copy of this magazine I could purchase or even borrow.I live in a small village and the choice of magazines up here is slender, (unless you want heat, chat, take a break, real life celebrity dross etc), was planning on picking one up when I went to town, by the time I did there were none left so if anyone happened to get a copy they might want to move on i'd be very grateful.Thanks
