My son bought a motocross bike from one of his friends, and while pushing it home, was stopped by a policeman, and given a producer for no road insurance, MOT, and road tax. Obviously he had none, and today recieved a summons. He had the bike siezed and consequently crushed. He had no intention of riding it on the road, and bought it to do MX track days. How are we fixed legally, please?

Last night i was going along Bishopstoke road towards Eastleigh. I overtook a car in my lane using the other side of the road when i realised i had just gone through the forward facing camera on the opposite side of the road... however i was moving away from it rather than towards it... will it have caught me?http://www.speedcamerasuk.com/database/SEH/seh031.htmThanks Tom

Hi, I bought a bike in Nov 08. Clear HPI check done on 30/8/08. Trying to sell it, and the new guy checks HPI. Guess what Cat C write off on 29/4/08 WTF I paid full price for the bike and am wondering who is gonna get the wrath

I have got a full car licence which i took in 2006 , on the paper part it says ive got a provisonal entitlement of:ABEGHand on the photocard it says:BB1f, k, pi want to know what the requirements are for me to ride a large motorcycle? in view of the fact that i have category A as above and will i have to take another theory test?

I lost my licence a while ago and finally decided to send off for a new copy the other day. The main reason for this is because I wanted to do my direct access, But to my surprise when it arrived in the post, hey presto, I passed without applying for the test . So can I legally ride unlimited now?

Hi, first post - hopefully in the right place.I have a problem with access to my property. I keep my bike in a shed at the rear of my property. To get to the shed from the road I have to cross the footpath, but there is no drop kerb. Access is often,nearly always blocked by cars parking across the entrance.The County Council dept. for highways etc. has told me I am not allowed to cross the footpath with my bike. Sorry if this has been asked before, but I cant find any info. I run a club, and organise rideouts every month. Can anyone tell me if I have any liability by organising these runs?I have a lead rider who drives at the speed limit, and a tail end Charlie to make sure no one gets lost or breaks down. Hi all, im new here and my situation is this and i'd really appreciate some experienced input. Hi all,I have an issue regarding the 33bhp restriction for a motorbike.I obtained my full motorbike license before the new regulations came into effect in Jan 2013, so I am restricted to 33bhp for 2 years.I have access to a 1976 Honda 400Four, which when new was claimed to have 37bhp. It is highly unlikely that the bike is still putting out more than 33bhp.I don't want to pay the ridiculous prices for a restriction kit as it won't change the bike's performance at all.
