CG125 BRE alternator wiring

tank bag

I'm looking at buying a tank bag as I am touring around scotland on my own in august I'm wanting a tank that I can fasten pad locks too to secure the inner compartments and cable locks to secure it from wanting eyes any sugestions?

insurance for an upcoming trip

Looking for advice. I am no longer a uk resident although i am British with a UK address but this is not my permanent place of residence. Currently finishing a contract in Switz and planning to get my license, buy a bike and drive through Europe before restarting a contract in the summer. I want to keep my bike with me in Switz until November to travel with for leisure when not working. As i am not really resident can anyone help me with insurance options. UK insurances do not cover non permanent residents. Any ideas

Want to cut bike seat

Hi, i buy apache 160 RTR new model. my hight is small, i am not able to ground my leg on road.. so it wil get prob while take on 1st gear.. so plz advice  tht should i cut my seat.. Is there any effect on seating position and on my bike show? Plz help

coloured headlight

i do not live in england and i am doing a tour of scotland this summer, but my bike has a HID gold coloured beam fitted , how do i stand with the law in england; am i going to be stoped every 10 minutes by the police, i also have a gold visor fitted to my helmet is this also legal or not or do i have to change these before i leave,

2004 R1 Rattle ???

I bought and R1 before xmas and have only rode it a few times, but i have noticed it has a top end rattle that can be felt through the bars.  Ive mentioned it to a few people and although they couldnt hear it one has now noticed it as well. Its got 20k on the clock.One person had already suggested a lazy hydraulic cam chain tensioner but i could do with some more ideas before i start looking at it,Any help please
