Last, but not least, come Honda’s adventure bikes, each given a lick of paint to welcome the new year. The XL1000V ABS Varadero will come in a relatively cool and subdued tricolour scheme, while the XL700V ABS Transalp will come in a grey metallic sheen.

As part of her role as the face of French fashion house Chanel, Keira Knightley was suited, booted and mounted on a custom-painted Ducati Supersport 750. MCN may not know fashion, but we’d rather not see a Ducati Supersport 750 in beige again.
