Anonymous, 01 June 2012 11:04

The Blades Aerobatic Display Team are bringing wings to wheels at TT 2012. As well as superbikes, the Isle of Man will play host to high-speed thrills of a slightly different kind as it welcomes The Blades to the line-up. Trackers work... if you're quick!

Anonymous, 11 May 2012 18:47

The trouble with bike trackers is you have to activate them quick as the criminals will try to remove them as soon as possible. So if you're asleep when the bike's nicked and wake up 6 hours later it's too late! You need a loud alarm and tracker so you get agood chance at activating the tracker. On a lighter note local police arrested two thieves last night ...

Tonfanua race circuit: A hidden gem

Anonymous, 11 April 2012 18:17

Over the Easter weekend I discovered the unique Tonfanau race track situated just North of Tywyn in North Wales, right on the coast, in fact its track is as close to the sea as Philip Island! This club track, run by Crewe and South Cheshire MC is an incredibly friendly place, where the racing takes place under the watchful gaze ...

MAG MEP view

Anonymous, 15 March 2012 18:43

As an avid motorcyclist I am aware of the campaigns MAG have been running, and have added my name to several of the petitions for motorcycle safety and law. By chance I am also on a mailing list from one of our MEPs. Here is a copy of a section of the latest e-mail that he has sent out to ...

Caught out by a scammer

Anonymous, 28 February 2012 19:26

2011 was a good but hard year for me, but 2012 started a lot worse. Over the last few years I have been saving a little each month, birthdays and Christmas gifts etc. so I could purchase a classic Triumph T120 Bonneville. As I am sure we all do, I trawled through the ads on a weekly basis always looking ...

Black Bear Harley

Anonymous, 27 September 2011 11:49

I would like to say a big thank you to Black Bear Harley-Davidson in Newmarket. After searching continously for a dealer who would sell me a tax-free motorcycle as I'm in the forces and serving in Germany, Black Bear was fantastic. I approached them and they confirmed they could do tax free and job done. I rode away with my new Harley and ...

EU anti-tampering measures would make me a prisoner in my own home

Anonymous, 14 September 2011 08:45

I've been riding bikes since the mid '70s and for most of my life my work has been manual labour. After 30 years of this all the heavy lifting rendered me disabled - with two worn vertebrae. I'm unable to sit in cars due to the vertical position and lumbar bars in seats aggravating my condition. I currently ride a '97 ...

Bikers in France

Anonymous, 08 September 2011 23:49

I'm a Brit biker (30 years), and I've been living in France since 1998 so I thought it might be worth highlighting la difference here in France. The French government do not require motorcycles to pass MOT rules as their transport minister rightly recognised the fact that the vast majority of bikers have a vested interest in ensuring their bikes are roadworthy and so ...
