Would you support an instant driving ban for mobile phone use while driving?

Talking on the phone while driving is responsible for an alarming number of biker injures and deaths. But does the law need toughening up on the subject? How would you feel about a one-strike proceedure, where it would, if caught, immediatly cost your licence?

No plans for IOM national speed limit
