Big fine for 183mph biker

A South African motorcyclist has been fined R102000 (£7371.10) after he was caught speeding at 183mph in KwaZulu-Natal. The fine was also set by magistrates for the rider, jan Hendrick, not displaying number plates and riding an unlicensed motorbike.
