RAC says get on a motorcycle and cut carbon emissions

Motoring organisation the RAC says that more people switching to motorcycles could help the Government to achieve its Co2 targets. So far the Government is falling behind its own target to cut carbon emissions, which was aimed at a 12.5% reduction by 2010-11 compared to levels in 1999-2000.
