Drunk drivers less dangerous than texters

Drivers who write text messages at the wheel are more dangerous than those who drive while drunk or on drugs, according to research from the RAC Foundation. Locals from a Norfolk village are investing in anti-speeding signs with a difference, by wording messages in local dialect, a report in the Daily Telegraph states. Residents of Wiveton hope the Slow You Down sign will help cut crashes in their village, while being more in-keeping with the surroundings than conventional signs.
