With no 848R expected from Ducati any time soon, Ducati Glasgow has decided to create their own.

This machine, built for one of their customers, cost a whopping £28,000. Starting with a standard £10,616 Ducati 848, it has a custom Ducati Glasgow paintjob, Ohlins forks from a 1098R, complete with a 25mm TTX fork kit and an Ohlins TTX rear shock, also from a 1098R.

That little lot alone will set you back nearly five grand.

The list of goodies is as ling as your arm, but you’ll be able to read the complete spec, and find out what it’s like to ride, after we take it for a spin at Knockhill next week, in MCN on Wednesday 16th September.
