Modern Classics - 70's style Honda CB450 café racer

Turning Honda's CB450 into a café racer isn't exactly new (BCR versions are exquisite) but this bike spotted in South America has a chic 1970's take on the rocker look.

Frame, swing arm and wheels appear to be stock Honda items but the tank and seat unit look as if they're hand made.

Scallops on the tank clear the tubes on the rear sub frame.

The vented mudguard and bikini fairing are most likely off-the-shelf plastics from one of the big aftermarket parts manufacturers.
