New MCN August 5: 180bhp V-Rod superbike!

In this week’s issue of MCN, on sale August 5, we have the world’s first test of the new Roehr superbike powered by a supercharged 1250cc Harley V-Rod engine. It makes 180bhp, boasts all-manner of trick bits and it’s even relatively comfy.

We also have part 2 of the sports bike of the year test – this time the Aprilia RSV4, KTM RC8R, Daytona 675, Suzuki GSX-R750 and Yamaha R1 take to the circuit. The 675 came out on top the road, but surely it’s horsepower deficit will leave it lagging on track?
