I was on my way home from work when a driver decided to cross in front of me and we nearly collided.
His excuse was that he was busy talking to his daughter.

I betcha if you had been a member of the constabulary that would be due care 3 points.
Perhaps if the number plates and names of people caught on phones, driving like a cretin etc. we publicly displayed we would see a decrease in such behaviour. The new prime time TV show 'Dimwit Drivers'?

I know this isn't a tech thread, but out of interest what's your camera and how is it mounted? I'm beginning to think I need one in case a 'near miss' becomes a 'nearly missed' and I need evidence for the insurance...

IDIOTS eh , you were lucky there m8. i had some one pull out of a junction on me in the same sort of way. I was almost infront of them ready to turn down the same road and they just pulled out crazy.
