Hollyoaks star launches Bennetts babe search

Hollyoaks star Jorgie Porter, who’s also fresh out of the BBC’s Dancing on Ice is the face of the 2012 search for the Bennetts Babes Squad

The bike insurance specialists is looking for a new set of eight beauties to become its Babes Squad for 2012.

Now in its ninth year, the competition has played a big part in the launching the modelling careers of the likes of Big Brother 10 winner Sophie Reade and This is Essex’s Maria Fowler.

Would-be entrants can enter, free, online by going to: www.bennettsbabes.co.uk. Fans are then invited to check out the competitors and vote for their favourites.

With only eight places up for grabs, the chosen babes will be unveiled in March before taking part in a string of events, modelling assignments and marketing campaigns to represent Bennetts throughout 2012.
 
Speaking at the launch, Jorgie said: "I had a great day breaking free from my blades to get on board the Bennetts bike!

"Being a Bennetts Babe not only means becoming an ambassador for a biking brand but also provides fantastic insight into the world of modelling and the biking industry.

"With lots of national exposure to be gained, I'd encourage any budding beauties to get their skates on and apply!"

Hannah Squirrell, Marketing Director at Bennetts said, "The Bennetts Babes have become a well known feature in the biking world and with only eight slots up for grabs we're looking for a really strong selection of stand-out girls to form this year's squad.
