1 of 3

Honda’s new CB1000R-aping CB300R could be the perfect downsizer or stepping-stone bike, but it itsn’t coming to the UK – yet.

The Brazil-only new 296cc single punts out 25bhp but Honda says its geometry is designed to give riders a nip of the adrenaline spooned out by its bigger relation. And with its 18 litre tank the bike could have an incredibly-useful 250-mile range.

Kawasaki has been making hay with its Ninja 250, meeting demand for a desirable 250 almost unopposed. Should Honda bring its ‘sport street naked’ to the UK? It’s time to let the big H know.
