2010 Aprilia Dorsoduro Factory introduced

Aprilia is introducing the Dorsoduro Factory for 2010 – an upgraded version of the Dorsoduro which will continue to be available.

The Dorsoduro Factory will go head to head with Ducati’s updated Hypermotard 1100 and the KTM 990SM, offering improved looks and better chassis performance.

Carbon tank panels and front mudguard are the immediately noticeable changes, maintaining the shape of the stock version but with a more exotic look. The shock absorber is now a fully-adjustable Sachs item, and the forks are more adjustable too.

Brembo four-piston radial mount calipers are also different to the standard Dorsoduro’s Aprilia-branded radial calipers, and wave-pattern discs also distinguish the Factory’s front end. Under the bodywork, the fly-by-wire throttle is now in to its second evolution with improved settings for the Sport (full power),

Touring (smoother response) and Rain (softer response and less power) modes. Internally, the 92bhp 749.9cc engine is unchanged.
