Video: 2011 Kawasaki ZX-10R top speed run on the road

European customers are still waiting for delivery of their Kawasaki ZX-10Rs but in America one new owner has already got his and managed a top speed run…on a public road.

This video has surfaced on YouTube of a 2011 Kawasaki ZX-10R owner managing to hit an indicated 187mph while overtaking much slower moving traffic.

The ZX-10R is at the centre of a recall with rumours of ‘accelerated engine component wear’ being rumoured to be the problem. Kawasaki has remained completely silent on the actual reasons for the recall.

Lets just hope this rider doesn’t suffer ‘accelerated engine component wear’ at 189mph because that isn’t going to end well.
