New Norton special edition revealed

Norton revealed a new version of their Commando Cafe Racer at the Carole Nash MCN Motorcycle Show today. It’s the first day of the show, held in London’s Excel Centre.

The lightly tweaked bike features black yokes, a gorgeous black and silver paintjob and black wheel rims. It will cost the same as the normal Cafe Racer: £13,495.

Norton’s UK sales manager and race legend Chris Walker said: “The bike shows the kind of thing we can do for customers.

“Once a customer puts down a deposit, they can then go to the factory and discuss the exact finish they want on the bike – they can choose colours, wheels and several of the finishes. That way you get a unique bike.”

The Carole Nash MCN Motorcycle Show runs from today through to Sunday Feb 7. Read the full story of Norton’s latest plans in next week’s MCN, out February 10.
