Vespa have released details of their new limited edition GTV Via Montenapoleone - the latest Vespa scooter to use their 278cc liquid-cooled motor.

50s-inspired styling touches include a rear rack and side grill, a mudguard-mounted headlight and a split seat.

The Via Montenapoleone (named after a classy Milan shopping district) makes a claimed 22bhp and has a 9 litre fuel tank under the seat, as well as enough storage space for a helmet.

As with all Vespa models, the body of the GTV Via Montenapoleone is constructed entirely of steel.

The Vespa GTV Via Montenapoleone is strictly limited edition. It is priced at £4,499 (excluding OTR) and is available through selected Vespa dealers. For more details call 00800 818 29800 or visit www.uk.vespa.com
