Ducati launches £1000 discount voucher on 1198 and 1198SP

Ducati has launched a new £1000 discount voucher for anyone buying a new 1198 or 1198SP model bought before August 31 to spend in dealers on Ducati Performance accessories or apparel.

The 1198 now comes equipped with Ducati Traction Control (DTC), Ducati Quick Shifter (DQS) and Ducati Data Analyser (DDA) as standard equipment while the 1198 SP has DTC, DQS, DDA, Ohlins TTX rear suspension, a slipper clutch and lightweight aluminium fuel tank.

These electronics along with the V-twin engine that produces 170hp and a class-beating 97lb ft of torque combine to give blistering performance.

Ducati states: “The £1000 voucher will allow new purchasers of the 1198 and 1198SP to choose a wide range of products from the world of Ducati Performance and Ducati Apparel. Whether it is a new helmet, a set of leathers or a set of the almost obligatory Termignoni exhausts there should be plenty to of choices of how to spend the voucher.”

The promotion is effective immediately and ends 31st August 2011.
