Can KTM still insist on you having to get your servicing done at one of their dealers or the warranty on your new bike will be invalidated?

Ten years ago I passed my theory, CBT and test to ride a 125. This I have done with MOT, service and insurance each and every year for decade. Last month I decided to upgrade my bike [bigger engine]. Long story short, I only have a provisional, not a full licence. Why? Hi everyone. A friend of mine is looking to get his bike road legal. He has gone to a few garages and they won't touch it. He also wants to restrict the bike to a 125cc. Does anyone know of any garage that would do this in Surrey?

Hi all,Last friday I was involved in an accident where I was cut up pretty badly and ended up hitting the dirt at 30 mph. The third party checked to see if I was alive before driving off.I'm insured with MCE, but only 3rd party, fire and theft. Hey all! Any help is appreciated!So i had a crash whilst filtering in 2012. Messed up both shoulders, collar bone, shoulder blade etc. I have been told that it will have to go 50%/50% I wont give you the whole saga but suffice to say i have had nothing but hassle from my Ortho Dr, Physio etc, not contacting me having to be re-referred, no contact from the other side and canceled operations.Now i was first offered 10k from the other side after a few weeks. Hi ya , I was recently hit by a car and knocked off my bike , the car was an Avis hire which turned out to be stolen , after the run around from the insurance company ( highway and LV ) I was full com by the way , I was payed out for my bike but the claim is going down as a fault because they have no one to claim there money back off , and want to take 3 years no claims off me , is there anyway I can contest this as my renewal price ...

Can anybody help?!?!?I am in the middle of riding a classic bike to Australia, a trip I sold everything I own to make happen. I have a 1999 hayabusa that I have owned from new it has done 8000 miles and is totally standard it has hardly been used i noticed recently when I was changing the battery that the subframe is cracked at the weld my partner only weighs 8 stone so i dont know how this happened I phoned suzuki and told them about it and they where not interested I know I could replace the subframe myself but there could be lots of other low mileage hayabusas tucked away in garages with this problem is there anything I can do to ...

I splashed out and bought myself a new Shoei XR1100, was on holiday for a couple of weeks before I had the chance to try it out. Set off down the road feeling good, great fit and gerat visitabilty. Got up to 35-40 mph and looked up to see if there was a plane overhead, and quickly realised it was wind noise from the Shoei helmet. I phoned the shop whereI bought it to see if they would exchangs it for another helmet, but was informed there is guarantee when it comes to wind noise. ![]()

Can anyone recommend an insurance company that will insure my bike for social, domestic &pleasure uses only. I am a van courier and am having trouble getting quotes. the bike will not be used for business or commuting. i have heard that insurers think i might use it for business - how they think i could carry a 500kg pallet on a bike i don't know!!
