Today I was slammed with a £50 penalty notice for "illegal" parking in the not so biker-friendly Broad Street area of Birmingham by ICC. There is no provision of motorcycle parking spaces in a public car park near my appointment at ICC but I paid the price for unselfishly parking my bike in an unparkable corner of this car park!
