As I went to turn right into this local side road in Heatherside - Surrey I noticed some strange substance on the road. Stopping to investigate I discovered that the lines, freshly painted that day, had been scattered with small glass-like beads presumably to make them reflective! But why? The workers had not bothered to sweep up the overspill leaving ...
