It’s the Dirt Rider Expo this weekend

If you’re into off-road then you won’t want to miss the 2002 Dirt Rider Expo. It from November 28 – December 1 at the Stoneleigh Park Exhibition Centre, Coventry.

The Expo is the biggest event of its kind in the UK and includes every aspect of the off-road scene – enduro, motocross, trials, trail riding and supermotos with all the latest bikes from every top manufacturer.

You’ll be able to catch your first proper look at bikes like the new four-stroke Honda CRF250, KTM’s 950 Duke and 942 Adventure as well as CCM’s new R40 prototype.

Not only that but Neil Hodgson, a successful schoolboy motocrosser before he defected to road riding will open the Show.

There’ll be a packed programme of events including stage shows, featuring celebs and hosted by Eurosport’s Jack Burnicle, manic stunt displays from the Purple Helmets (their only UK performance this year) and trials demonstrations from Dougie Lampkin and Steve Colley.

Entry to the Show is just £12 for adults/£6 for children on Thursday/Friday and £12.50 for adults and £6.50 for kids at the weekend. The ticket price is all-inclusive and car parking is free.

The organisers are finalising details for a major supermoto event to take place during the Show and details should be announced shortly.
