2007 R1 chopped

Following the unveiling of the brand new R1, Yamaha secluded a small section of their stand at this years Intermot in Cologne for one of the best features of the show.

Not only was the superb looking new R1 rotating on a beautifully lit turntable, but across the walkway was this glorious stripped down version.

One side showcased the R1’s body minus the fairing and the other offered a chopped view presenting the internal workings of Yamaha’s awesome new superbike.
