New Rieju SMX125 supermoto learner motorcycle

This is the new Rieju SMX125 learner supermoto, due in motorcycle dealers shortly.

The SMX is powered by a Yamaha-sourced air-cooled four stroke single, and is housed in Rieju’s own a steel beam frame.

The motorcycle is equipped with upside-down 40mm Marzocchi forks, which are equipped with a radial mount for the two-piston caliper. Wavy discs, alloy fat bars, Marchesini-style wheels and styling similar to the BMW G650 series should be enough to tempt teenagers to break open the savings account. The SMX will be available later this month for £2499.
