When you think about the near-superbike performance of V-RODs you tend not to think about chopper style specials, but if you fancy something a bit meatier and stockier is to your tastes then this special proves that the V-Rod’s modern shape.
The best bit is all of the parts are available to buy so you can build a replica around your own bike.
All of the stock bodywork is gone – in it’s place is a ‘Stealth’ seat and tank unit (£1117).
The long, swoopy exhaust is swapped for a short, black finished system with short and slim silencers (£1327).
The standard silver, brushed aluminium and bright chrome finish is gone, and in its place is a simple black and purple chrome finish.
There’s also numerous details including new engine covers, handlebars, footpegs and radiator trim to choose from. See www.harleycustom.co.uk (external site) for the UK importer.
