Triumph caught on video

This new Triumph prototype has been caught testing at the Almeria circuit in Spain.

Although it looks a lot like a stock Speed Triple, the bike has a double-sided swingarm similar to that on the Daytona 675, and a different chassis compared to the stock Speed Triple.

The exhaust system appear to be from the 1050cc Speed Triple – suggesting this machine has the big 1050cc triple rather than the small 675cc motor. A Triumph spokesperson said: “I can confirm that this shot was taken at one of our test sessions and features one of the bikes we currently have in development.

“It’s an exciting new bike that’s related to both the Speed Triple and Daytona 675 and you will see it later this year.”
