During September National Geographic will transmit the first of a six-episode motorcycle journey programme.
The overland adventure is called ‘The Ride – Alaska to Patagonia’. Dates and times will be announced shortly.
The series chronicles the fortunes of 11 novice riders on a marathon journey down the Trans Americas Highway through 12 countries.
