2008 Buells updated

1 of 13

While the New Buell 1125R is guaranteed to be the talking point of the 2008 Buell range, the firm’s other bikes haven’t gone unchanged.

While the Buell Firebolt has been dropped in favour of the new water-cooled machine, the rest of the air cooled line-up remains, and all the bikes have been improved for 2008.

All Buell‘s air-cooled models, including the City X, all the XB12S motorcycles – the S, Ss, STT and Scg – and the XB12X Ulysses, get engine upgrades allowing them to rev 500rpm higher than the previous versions.

New instruments are also fitted, giving a more up-to-date feel, and all the motorcycles come ready-wired for heated grips.

To celebrate Buell‘s 25 years of production, all the motorcycles in the 2008 Buell model year gain 25th anniversary plaques on the top yokes.

The Buell Ulysses has also been re-engineered to massively increase it’s steering lock, addressing an issue raised by customers, and for 2008 is fitted with heat grips as standard.
