No mobile change in Scotland

Police in Scotland stopped 113 people for using their mobile phones at the wheel on the first day of the crackdown.

One driver even drove past a motorcycle police base mid-conversation.

John Vine from the Association of Police Chief Officers in Scotland said, “It seems some drivers still think they can get away with it and this is precisely why the laws have been changed.”
