The 2008 MCN Babe Competition could be the first step to fame for you or someone you know.
It's a great chance to get involved in the world of motorcycling, get to work with top race teams, or even follow in the footsteps of Celebrity Big Brother's Chantelle. And the finals, held at the MCN London Motorcycle Show, always attract huge crowds.
Voting and entries have now closed, come to the London show to see the finalists.

Entries by email only to carmella@ctassociates.co.uk (download the entry form here) along with 1 x head & shoulders and 1 x full length photo (copyright free). Any incomplete applications cannot be processed. We cannot accept any postal applications.

The closing date for entries is Friday 11th January 2008 - this will allow enough time for late entries to get some votes. The earlier the girls enter the more people will view them and be able to vote. Voting will take place by text. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified by post after the closing date.
Successful entrants will be invited to the MCN London Motorcycle Show at ExCeL London on either 31st January, 1st or 2nd February 2008 for one of the 3 heats and the final will take place on Feb 3rd 2008. Each heat will consist of approx. 15 girls with 5 going through to the final each day.

Terms & Conditions: The MCN babe of the year competition is open to all UK resident females aged 18 or over who enter on or before the closing date of 11th January 2008. No purchase is necessary, but only one entry per person is allowed. Anyone who enters more than once will be excluded from the competition. We encourage early entries to ensure maximum exposure and voting is gained for each entry. Voting for the semi finalists will take place via a textline voting system on www.motorcyclenews.com/mcnbabes - users will carry 50% of the votes with the remaining 50% being cast by Carmella Terrana (director of CTA associates).
"Texts cost 50p plus your standard mobile network rate. This is not a subscription service. Vote ends on January 11th at midnight. Prize draw will be made within 48 hours of this date and the winner will be notified by 'phone and in writing by January 18th 2008. Prize not transferable.

In the event of a tie, the Judges decision is final. 2 complimentary tickets will be provided for each finalist which allows access into the event for the finalist plus a guest. The Promoters are Emap Automotive Ltd, Media House, Lynchwood, Peterborough PE2 6EA. If for any reason beyond the promoter’s control it is not possible to provide the stated prizes, the promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of no lesser value. The promoter’s choice of alternative prize is final. No photo entries can be returned by the promoter. The promoter accepts no responsibility for resultant loss or delay of entries. We reserve the right to feature the names, photographs, and answers to our open ended questions and locations of winners in future promotions.
