Aprilia has extended its supermoto range with a new 125cc two-stroke machine in the same mould as its championship-winning SVX.

The SX125 and its enduro-spec RX125 sibling feature a simple tubular steel trellis frame and box-section swingarm, along with motocross-inspired styling.
Only the wheels and brakes differentiate the two models, with the SX125 featuring 17-inch wires and a big, 320mm front disc where the RX gets bigger rims – 21-inch at the front and 18-inch at the rear – to allow the fitment of knobbly tyres, plus a much smaller front brake designed more for off-road use.

Don't forget there are 28 new motorcycle launches, in MCN, Wednesday, November 7, 2007.
