Adrenalin release first race-inspired XR1200

Darlington based Adrenalin Moto have produced the UK first modified Harley-Davidson XR1200 based on Harley’s new one make race series race bike, which will be making its first appearance next year at BSB.

Adrenalin have copied the design and used similar ideas to the race bikes, which have already been raced in Italy and Spain. They’ve increased ground clearance, brakes and lightened the chassis whilst giving the engine a little more power.

MCN’s Adam Child took the bike for a quick spin around the track to evaluate the differences. “Its based on Harley’s new XR1200 but following the same design of there new race bike.

“Its certainly very different, doesn’t feel like the standard bike, much more of an improvement with some true track potential coming to the surface”.
