Yamaha hopes to get its YBR-125 Custom model into showrooms next month, after production problems led to a delay in the launch of the bike.
Yamaha spokesman Simon Belton says the delay was beyond Yamaha’s control, but demand for the bike remains high.
The YBR-125 Custom is due to be priced at £1,995, which buys you a learner-legal motorcycle featuring a teardrop tank, high bars, a slash-cut exhaust, and lashings of chrome.
