Video: Ryan Capes smashes long jump record

American Ryan Capes has smashed his own world long jump record at a motocross track in Washington, USA.

Capes jumped 390 feet and four inches on a Kawasaki KX450F and was lucky to avoid crashing as he slewed sideways in the air.
