This year's NEC motorcycle show opened it's doors to the public today, but MCN was there at the press day yesterday filming this guide highlighting the not-to-be-missed stands and bikes at this year's event.

So glad I didn't go as some of the comments are just what I expected....Every year seems to get less entertaining with increasing fees..(£8.00 parking , what a joke)
Made do with watching a few video's of the show ......By the way , What is it with these ridiculous sideburns these lads have got?

NEC SHOW.
If you're looking for a "cheap" helmet or "cheap" bike gear thats what you'll get, & for the lack of quality it needs to be "cheap" , other than "cheap" rubbishy gear the show was/is a total waste of time & money. Alright, obviously there were a few good things to see & buy but on the whole CRAP is the only word i can think of to describe it!

Totally agree with peterpledge. Don't know what show builderbailey was at!! Honda, HD, Mv and others were really missed. Steve Plater didn't turn up to be interviewed by Jamie Whittham, Tommy Hill save the day there! Top bloke! Love going, this is my 3rd visit, but this year was a bit of a let down. I here all manufactor will be at the Excel at the end of Jan 2010. Lets hope its a wee bit better than the NEC was this year!!

whent to the N.E C bike show to day, paid £8 to park,plus £20 petrol £18 to get in very few bikes better to go to a car boot show, will not be going again

went today and have just come home.we had a real superb time,as always do it was only on the way home that i realised that honda and harley was not present why this would be i do not now but they have missed a graet show and a great day out,i traveled 185miles in the rain and and it was worth every minute.!!!!!!!!
