How will it cope with a good dose of salt, I wonder? We'll only need to wait a couple of weeks to find out just how "practical" in reality it is. Any predictions?

You make me laugh at MCN, you talk about why the Police give us all a hard time, then you run promo video in the UK pulling wheelies etc with loud pipes... Some of us try and keep out of the public eye. You are very hypocritical MCN, and TBH I think you have gone right down hill over the years, to many born again biker remarks and dribble....:(
Like the Ducati SF though.. :)

Duke Streetfighter
Just test ridden one and it was as rapid as you would expect. I intended to swap my R6 for this as a commuter. It became very clear that the Duke was never going to be a commuter as it was pretty difficult to work at slow speed or perhaps that was just me. Amazing wheelie machine though.

Streetfighter review
Cast aside your thoughts about reliability and service costs. I've had three 'new' Ducatis since 2000 and have not had an isdue with any of them. The first Monster I had clocked up 56000 kilometres (35000 miles) without missing a beat. My current Monster 1100 is heading the same way and the servicing costs are more thn reasonable. It's amazing how issues that may have plagued Ducati's 15 years ago just won't go away. Take it from me and my experience - they're great bikes.
