Only 300 road-going Honda NR750s were built and at £38,000 it was the most expensive production bike of its day and can now change hands for six-figure sums.
The 125bhp, 748cc V4 engine has oval pistons, 32-valves and eight con rods (two per piston). It's the V4 that thinks it's a V8 and featured technology that was way ahead of its time - it had a titanium-coated screen, a digital 'infinity' dash and its underseat pipes were the inspiration for the 916.
This one's done 6000 miles and has never been thrashed... until now.
