Forest riders targetted during Welsh rally

Police in Neath Port Talbot are targeting off road rider using the tracks and woodland where the Wales GB Rally is to be held on December 1-3. Officers will make sure riders are aware they need to avoid certain areas when a rally stage is in use, but will also be reporting riders and 4x4 drivers breaking laws.
