1. Yoshimura RS-5 from £464

The RS-5 has a trapezoidal shape and cone end cap for a unique look. It comes with three muffler finish options: stainless, titanium or carbon fibre. The slip-on comes as standard with a dB-reducing insert.

2. Yoshimura RS-3 from £323.40

With a more traditional oval shape, the RS-3 comes with an aluminium end cap and the Yoshi logo engraved onto the silencer. It comes in three finishes: carbon, titanium or stainless and has the option of a low-volume insert.

3. Akrapovic SP £340-£1105

The SP line is a more traditional oval shape and come with a carbon-fibre clamp that wraps the silencer. Most models are homologated to make them street-legal with baffles and repair kits are available for all models.

4. Laser X-Treme £339-£739

The X-Treme is one of the most outrageous looking designs on the market with two, three or four outlets depending on the bike you’re buying for. It comes with a dB killing baffle and has handmade components.

5. Yoshimura TRI from £665

The TRI has a tri-oval shape with a dual-port titanium end cap. You have the choice of either titanium or carbon-fibre sleeve options. The sleeve itself is finished with the Yoshimura USA logo.

6. Arrow Race Tech £244-£445.30

This was the first exhaust to be made with a diamond shape allowing Arrow to reduce the size and weight of the exhaust without reducing the inner volume. They come fitted with a removable baffle and a choice of titanium, aluminium or carbon sleeves.

7. Yoshimura TRS from £323.40

Like the TRI, the TRS has a tri-oval design but with a single turn-down tip. There are more finish options with this silencer too, with carbon, titanium and stainless. A dB killer is also available to reduce noise.
