What’s good? It’s a close-fitting waterproof over jacket that does three things very well. Firstly, it’s totally waterproof, no doubt about that in 3000 miles.
Secondly, thanks to a clever liner it slips over the top of wet leathers effortlessly. And finally, it actually looks good for a waterproof top.
What’s not? The only place it falls down compared to more traditional waterproof over-jackets is storage.
Where lightweight jackets roll up into a tiny ball, this takes up a bit of room in your rucksack in comparison. As you can tell, I can’t think of anything really bad about it.
