What’s good? You can’t go wrong with an understated black leather jacket – it never goes out of style.
This one from Bering is for summer use, but with the aid of a fleece I use it all year round. It has 2 useful inner pockets and a zipper to attach it to trousers for track use.
The textile panels on the inner arms are a great idea – they make it lighter, keep you cooler and give good freedom of movement.
What’s not? A removable inner liner would have made it more versatile. The textile panels can soak up water quickly if you get caught in a shower, but to be fair it’s a summer jacket.
