RST Paragon 2 textile suit review

Matt Watkins, 08 August 2011 10:05

Product: RST Paragon 2 textile two-piece suit Price paid: Jacket £169.99, Pants £139.99 Score: 3/10 I ride a 75 mile round trip commute daily and opted to buy some waterproof textiles instead of leathers. I figured that if I would be riding in all weathers and seasons, an all round jack of all trades suit would be the best option. ...

Gore Lock out

Barry, 10 March 2011 13:34

I was very interested to read your article on the Gore lock out zip. I found Hein Gerike had a sale on, so I took my self off and bought a jacket with this closure system. I have to say it works as far as keeping the water out, but that seems to be about as good as it gets. Zipping the jacket ...

Great service from RST

Anonymous, 20 January 2011 19:19

Lidl motorcycle trousers

Anonymous, 03 June 2009 16:15

So far so good.   My Aldi summer jacket is proving to be Ok although I haven't experienced rain with it yet.

I have been wearing Hit-Air jackets from Mugen Denko in Japan for years. I have survived one 104 kph crash where there other two bikers wound up in hospital with all sorts broken - I had just a sprained ankle and thumb. The airbag protected my neck, althought the helmet was scraped and the rest of me slid down the road on a cushion ...

I use an airbag jacket

Mike, 22 February 2009 09:30

I have a similar "airbag jacket" I purchased from airbagvest.com (SaudiArabia, so expect delays at customs). It is manufactured in Japan by Mugen HitAir. Long and Short of it the jacket looks excellent and works. Yes, it does make me feel slightly more invincible and no, I don't think it will save my life from a 120mph high side. That ...
