Jacket review: Held Rezzato

Chris Newbigging, 01 October 2010 17:44

Held Rezzato £749.99Miles covered/time: 2500/four months What’s good? It’s leather, but waterproof. It’s not sorcery – just effective use of the Gore-Tex waterproof/breathable membrane. Save £££s on motorcycle jackets Remove the insulating liner and it’s cool enough for really hot ...

Chris Newbigging, 11 March 2009 11:46

Best thing about it: If I was forced to only have one pair of bike boots, it would be these. They’re lightweight, waterproof and give plenty of feel, but an 80mph slide and tumble failed to damage the boots or me, so they’re tough too. Worst thing about it: Gore-Tex is no longer available, and I’m not sure summer-only version ...

R&G release first tail tidy for 2008 Honda Fireblade

Chris Newbigging, 29 February 2008 14:43

Dumping the ugly rear number plate hanger on the new Honda Fireblade isn’t simple – the long hanger is moulded into the stock tool tray, so it’s not a quick bolt-off. R&G have been working flat out with one of the first bikes in the UK and are the first to create a replacement tail tidy that tucks the plate ...
