Say no to bike parking tax ride - 30 September

We Say no to the Proposed Bike Parking Fees by Westminster City Council.

By Law - the persons it affects most must be consulted. Bikers have not been consulted. Therefore this makes this proposal outside of the law.

30 September 2009 - We meet again to Ride showing our protest.

The Video attached is from the last Meeting - which started from various locations around London and finally ended in Westminster where the Court Summons was served upon the Council.
